"Go Planet!"

Now you are either rolling your eyes in disgust, or crying in nostalgic terror. Or perhaps you genuinely love everything Captain Planet?
First off, the people who made this game are seriously involved with the whole 'eco-friendly' business; the manual clearly states that it is made from recycled paper and has 'tips' on how to keep the environment healthy! Okay, so that is really for kids to read (quote: "Tell your teacher you'd like to start a recycling centre in school") but the game is surprisingly challenging.
If the game was made now, I would imagine it would be pretty easy, like Luigi's Mansion it would be completed in a day, but Captain Planet I haven't even finished the third level very many times!
The story of the game follows the amazing Captain Planet and his five 'Planeteers' as they try to stop the sinister 'Eco-Villians' from causing terrible enivronmental disasters! Play as Wheeler, with the ring of fire, Gi with the power of Water, Linka with the power of the wind, Ma-Ti with the power of the heart (getting mushy there) and finally Kwame with the power of the earth.
Each of the levels are very colourful and very different; the first level, Wheeler's level, you will have to fly the Eco-Jet and project the Ozone layer, while as Gi you must save the dolphin's and clean the water. The game as a great charm about it, and it is rare now to find anything like Captain Planet again. Sure, its a bit kiddie-style, but... do you "take your own bag when you go shopping"?
Didn't think so!
