"Why its called The Killing Game Show... I do not know!"

I love this game, and it is mostly because of its taste in music! This game is right up there with Walker and Flashback in my opinion of good music. Which is unusual because TKGS has only one track and no sound FX while in game! I couldn't justify giving it five stars for sounds on the music alone!
I do not know what the plot is, but you are an unusual mechanical creature on two legs with a skull like head. Most importantly though, are the two gigantic rotating machine-guns mounted on either side of your body! These make the beast look like some kind of overpacked mule, but a mule with more firepower than the whole American airforce!
Basically, you take your death-dealing machine and blast away all kinds of ground-based, floating and flying enemies with continuous energy bullets! While at the same time, you climb worlds of platforms, collecting keys and powerups and open gates to higher levels.
Oh yeah, your beast does have one frailty asides from being ripped apart by enemies... curiously enough, its water. Yes, as soon as you get even slightly into the level the water level starts to rise, and it will not stop until you are dead or it reaches the top of the level!
Graphics are neat and detailed, while each world is distinctly different, from cave-like levels, forests, to the weird Giger-like skulls and bones levels. The design and movement of the character is also very sleek and functional. This is definitely recommended, but I can't find an emulator copy anywhere!! :¬(
