Last Christmas, for the first time in many years, there as no update been released of the well-known email program SimpleMail.

Yes. There's a little change every day. Currently not mainly Amiga specific. The changes are so small that the Christmas update on the Amiga side would not have really paid off. The main reason for this is that I lack the time to make major changes. My goal is to use SimpleMail again, which ultimately also benefits the Amiga version.
Actually, only I am actually working on the code. But that is not given up so quickly, progress is very slow. Unfortunately, I cannot give a forecast of when there will be an update.
