Neil Cafferkey has made the version V1.6 of atheros5000.device available in the OS4Depot.
The SANA-II network driver for PCI Wireless Ethernet cards is based on the chipset of the Atheros AR5000 series. And supports WEP, WPA and WPA2 encryption, including TKIP and CCMP encryption modes (AES).

Changes in this version are:
- Improved stability under heavy load.
- Fixed incompatibility with SAM systems.
- Use hardware capabilities for TKIP MIC on certain cards.
- Fixed a memory leak.
- Now includes driver source code.
