Gotek Floppy Disk Emulator V2

Published 29.11.2020 - 14:59 by osz

Forgive me if my modest linguistic abilities let me down and I am wrong, but the following page should be Czech according to the Google translator, so I assume that the origin of this project is there too.

The Gotek Floppy Disk Emulator V2 is a project on GitHub that is committed to replicating the Gotek project. If you translate the Czech description, you will quickly see that it is not just a simple replica, but rather an improved version of the Gotek drive that uses the free FlashFloppy firmware and supports the FlashFloppy extensions on the hardware side. The implementation mainly relies on SMD components.

In addition to some photos, the project page also contains the Gerber files that are required for the production of the circuit boards.

Here is the original link to the GitHub project: https://github.com/RichiDev/Gotek-Flopp ... mulator-V2

And here is an indirect link with a Google-supported translation into the English language: https://translate.google.de/translate?h ... v%2FGotek- Floppy-Disk-Emulator-V2
