Sorry I had broken the startup args. If you clicked on a file with EvenMore as the default tool, it didn't work.

Now flushes plugins from memory on exit.
Possibility I was allocating wrong number of arrays for locked pens, and not freeing them correctly on close. I know where the problem is with the crash on OS4. It's to do with the help file loading.
