Mythana ist ein rundenbasiertes Strategiespiel mit einer grafischen Oberfläche.
Es wird ähnlich wie der damalige C64 Klassiker "KAISER" gespielt. Der Spieler schlüpft dabei in die Rolle eines Herrschers und versucht in einer mittelalterlichen Welt ein Königreich aufzubauen. Es müssen Kornfelder, Dörfer und Städte errichtet werden. Außerdem muss das Reich vor feindlichen Mitspielern verteidigt werden.

Großen Wert lege ich bei der Entwicklung von Mythana auf die Unterstützung von alternativen Computersystemen. Ziel soll es sein, dass auch ein Amiga, Atari oder iPhone problemlos an diesem Spiel teilnehmen kann. Dabei verzichte ich komplett auf den Einsatz von Flash.
