08.07.2020 ignition V1.08 released

Achim Pankalla has made a number of improvements and bug fixes on ignition again and Axel Dörfler has finally found the time to make the new version available on sourceforge.net.

These are the changes:
- Revised gtdrag.library.
- The ignition can now be started several times.
- Bug fixes in many settings dialogs.
- Revised handling of fonts and font attributes.
- Fixed bug in cell handling.
- Visual feedback for the toolbar buttons.
- Consistent keyboard controls and shortcuts.
