Hollywood application: DFTP Client V0.9 released

Dieter Groppe wrote a small TFTP client here.
It needs at least Hollywood V7.2.

Changes in this version are:
- added selectable transfer mode
- link Font Arail 16 to the executable file
- button "mode" and "put" added
- Support for Netascii or Octett mode
- Add Logging to the Log File
- add first "put" attempt, only simple test block
