How we are working to keep our European Customers Happy

Published 25.07.2022 - 13:06 by AndreasM

by Stephen Jones with Phil South (July 2022)

So “Brexit” happened, and right off the bat let me assure you that I personally didn’t vote for it. Before “Brexit”, consumers of our cases, for experimentation with, and emulation of classic computers was a fairly consistent three way split, 30% in the USA, and the same in the UK and Europe and about 10% over the rest of the world. GotekExtensionBoard: Internal and external helper board for the Gotek drive

Published 23.07.2022 - 16:12 by osz

The GotekExtensionBoard is an auxiliary board which is intended to facilitate the installation of a Gotek drive in an Amiga. The board helps you in Amigas like the Amiga 500 not to damage the case (non-destructive installation). More specifically, this project is also about two boards, an internal and an external board. The external board outside the Amiga is being connected to the internal board in the Amiga, which in turn allows control of the Gotek drive.

If you are skilled with the soldering iron, you will find all the necessary data on GitHub: https://github.com/call286/GotekExtensionBoard
