A few months ago I was able to contact Werner 'Tiki' Meeresmacher via email and he not only gave me permission to publish his books from Systhema Verlag here, but also sent me a few of his books in paper form free of charge! I was also able to find two copies myself, so that as of today, five of his books are available here as PDFs. [...]
