Deine bash-scripte funktioniern, allerdings nur als root. Als root? Sieht eigentlich ganz gut aus (192.168.0.1 ist vermutlich der Router?). Ich meine mich aber erinnern zu können, dass die IP-Adressen für das virtuelle Netzwerk in einem anderen Bereich liegen sollten (müssen?) als die realen. Probier also am besten mal 192.168.1.20/192.168.1.188 oder etwas in der Art.
