Re: USB ASIX MAC address woes. [Roadshow bug?]
I have had good success with Roadshow using several network interfaces. However with the newer Asix USB dongles there seems to be a bug either in Poseidon USB or in Roadshow. Here's what I found out: My Config: - Amiga 1200, 030, 128MiB - Ethernet controller based on Asix AX88772B chipset. - OS 3.1...

Re: Roadshow on OS4?
Just curious - as OS4.1FE (on my A3000) still with update1 seems to be using "old" binaries (dated 2009 and thereabouts, according to version info), is it perhaps best to update it with Roadshow, even though it is 68k? Let's say that I would not recommend it, except perhaps as a research ...

Re: Feature requests
I don't see any such thread already, so here goes... :) * ping - timeout options (like BSD "-t : Specify a timeout, in seconds, before ping exits regardless of how many packets have been received.") - exit on first ping replay (like BSD "-o : Exit successfully after receiving one rep...

Re: Is Roadshow compatible with Bridgeboard'd network cards?
I don't know if Roadshow has ever been tried with this hardware combination, and it would probably be limited to NE2000 or Sana-II compatible ISA network cards at best... ... but it would be a cheap way to network Amigas, for those that have a Bridgeboard installed. I doubt it works yet (Janus, the...

Hi Olaf! Da muss man erst mal dr...

Re: Support for DHCP offer via unicast instead of broadcast?
Sounds great! A question though, just to make things clear: This extra option for the interface configuration file isn't enough. Roadshow actually has to understand the unicast datagrams too, right? Before it actually has gotten an IP assigned. Quick update: I just tested the DHCP unicast option wi...
