Yes. AFF is not ignored by DigiBooster 3. The only question was if it is AFx with parameter F (fine volume slide down, 15 units) or it is AxF with parameter F (fine volume slide up, 15 units). Ignoring it completely makes no sense. The only reasonable way is to interprete it the same way as DigiBooster 2.x does.
