Zukunftsoptimismus im Kinderzimmer

Hallo zusammen,

ich interessiere mich für die soziologisch-philosophische Seite der "Spiele"computer C64 und Amiga. Aus meiner Sicht wurden gerade auf dem Amiga die apokalyptischen Weltuntergangsphobien des Kalten Krieges (neu) kanalisiert und brachten den Cyberpunk ins Kinderzimmer. Letztlich ist ja gerade die Struktur der Science Fiction zumeist darauf ausgelegt, irgendetwas an gerade bestehenden Zuständen zu kritisieren (ich erinnere an die kongenialen Werbe- und Mediensatiren in Robocop). Ich meine daher, dass diese damals weitverbreiteten Maschinen großen Einfluss auf unser heutiges Denken haben.

Was meint Ihr dazu?

Ich würde gern mit Eurer Hilfe eine Liste erstellen mit Spielen für den C64/128 und den Amiga500/1200 und Co, deren Handlungsverlauf und Erzählplott zu analysieren sich diebezüglich lohnen würde.

Ich bin für Eure Tipps und Vorschläge sehr dankbar.

was haltet ihr von chaos engine? dune ist auf eine art durchaus auch dabei, finde ich. bloodnet. dark seed (zumindest endzeitlich, wenn auch nicht direkt cyberpunk). neuromancer.
