Fat Gary 41 (4393) 390540-02 A3000, A4000
Fat Gary 41 (4791) 390540-02 A3000
The numbers in parentheses e.g. (4791) is not a model number but a date code. They are the same chip. One was manufactured in week 43 1993 and the other week 47 1991.

Only one entry required.

I work in the semiconductor industry and it is widely known that this is (one of) the format of the date code.

All chips have date codes.

Here is an example for the 68060
